Assistant/Labourer

Who We Are: We are an established epoxy flooring business providing exceptional quality work, uniquely specialising in both decorative, commercial and industrial concrete finishes.  

We are expanding and looking for an assistant to join our team, who will be trained on the job in all facets of installing epoxy finishes.

The ideal person will perhaps be just starting, looking to learn a trade and have a career in this field.  We do not require experience, although someone who has had some experience with power tools and physical work is preferable.  We are seeking a reliable, committed individual who is keen to learn and has a ‘can-do’  attitude.  

You will gain the skills and knowledge to become an epoxy flooring installer working on both residential and commercial projects throughout Melbourne and Victoria. 

What you’ll be doing:

• Assisting the team in all aspects of job preparation, installation and clean up.
• Grinding and preparing concrete.
• Mixing materials, including epoxy resin.
• Installing a range of finishes, including decorative overlays, commercial & industrial coatings and flake floors.
